- After the order is confirmed by us, your items will be packed and shipped, all orders are free shipping and will be transferred to you in 2 to 4 days, including both Saturday and Sunday

Conditions of return
1. Customers can exchange products within 03 days from the date of reception
2. Customers are allowed to exchange products which are at the same price or higher (customers pay extra cost if redeeming products with higher prices). Transportation-related costs (if any) will be paid by Customer.
3. Customers are allowed to exchange product one time only.
Criteria for exchanging products
1. Products when redeemed must be intact as originally purchased with full invoices, containers, attached gifts (if any).
